Terms of Use

Effective 14 August 2026. These Terms govern use of Fuatilia, a service operated by Beno Group for receiving customer requests and coordinating work through WhatsApp and the Fuatilia portal.

Using Fuatilia

You may use Fuatilia only for legitimate business support, project, hosting, software, and operational requests. By sending a message or using the portal, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request work for the relevant project.

Prohibited use

You must not use Fuatilia to send unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; to attempt unauthorised access; to interfere with the service; or to submit sensitive information that is not necessary for a request. Fuatilia is not an emergency service.

Requests, schedules, and updates

Fuatilia records requests and may provide expected schedules or status updates. A schedule is an operational estimate, not a guarantee of completion time. Work may need to be rescheduled because of dependencies, access limitations, security concerns, technical issues, or changing priorities.

WhatsApp communications

WhatsApp messaging is provided through the WhatsApp Business Platform. By contacting Fuatilia through WhatsApp, you also agree to the terms and policies that apply to your use of WhatsApp. Message delivery can depend on WhatsApp, network availability, and your device settings.

Accounts and access

Portal access is for authorised users only. Keep login credentials confidential and tell Beno Group promptly if you believe access has been compromised. We may suspend or remove access to protect Fuatilia, our customers, or others.

Ownership and feedback

Beno Group and its licensors own Fuatilia and its underlying materials, except for content provided by customers. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and grant us permission to use it solely to operate, support, and improve the requested service.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fuatilia is provided on an "as available" basis and Beno Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We may update or discontinue features and revise these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page.
