Data Deletion Instructions

Fuatilia is operated by Beno Group. You may request permanent deletion of personal data connected to your Fuatilia WhatsApp requests.

WhatsApp assignment removal: Send DELETE MY DATA from the WhatsApp number you used with Fuatilia, then reply YES. This removes that number from its Fuatilia project assignments so future LIST replies are empty. It does not permanently delete customer, ticket, or message records.

How to request permanent deletion

  1. Contact Beno Group using the email address below, or another published support contact.
  2. Include the WhatsApp number and any Fuatilia request reference numbers that will help us locate your data.
  3. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the number or provide additional information before actioning the request.

What permanent deletion means

After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your customer profile, WhatsApp conversation records, and request history where applicable. We may retain a limited amount of information when necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, maintain security, or preserve non-personal operational records.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt and process the request in accordance with applicable law. Deleting Fuatilia records does not automatically delete information held by WhatsApp, Meta, your telecommunications provider, or other independent services. Their records are governed by their own policies.

Stopping future updates

If you only want to stop WhatsApp notifications without requesting deletion, reply STOP to Fuatilia instead.
