Effective 14 August 2026. Fuatilia is a customer service and work-scheduling platform operated by Beno Group. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you contact us through WhatsApp or use Fuatilia.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to receive, manage, and complete your request. This can include your WhatsApp phone number or WhatsApp ID, WhatsApp profile name supplied by the platform, messages and request details you send, the project you select, scheduling information, request status, and your communication preferences such as an opt-out request.

How we use information

We use this information to identify your permitted projects, create and manage service requests, schedule work, communicate updates, support our customers, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use WhatsApp customer messages for unrelated advertising.

When we share information

Access is limited to authorised Beno Group personnel and people working on the project or request. We also use service providers needed to operate Fuatilia, including Meta/WhatsApp for messaging and hosting or infrastructure providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services or where required by law.

WhatsApp and Meta

Messages sent to Fuatilia are delivered through WhatsApp Business Platform services. Meta and WhatsApp process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, national identification numbers, or other sensitive information through Fuatilia WhatsApp messages.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to the Fuatilia WhatsApp number to stop future WhatsApp updates. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

We may update this policy when our service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
